Menu problems in 3.7.1

We upgraded last week to WP 3.7.1, and didn’t notice anything, however today I was asked about our “Contact” information and when I tried to locate our “Contact Us” page (usually located on the far right hand side of our menu), it was gone.

I attempted to locate it in our menu, but it appeared to be removed.

From the menu page, I searched for the “contact us” page, and pressed “add to menu”. Once it was back, I dragged and dropped it to where it should be, pressed “Save” and waited for my Voila! moment. When I attempted to view our homepage, the menu had completely changed to an alternative menu. Figuring it was somehow my fault, I returned to the menu page, and chose our “Home Page” menu as our primary menu (even though I had not changed this from being our primary menu).

We now had the normal menu, however our Contact pages were not present.

I repeated the process, and had the same results (as in, I dragged and dropped the Contact page back to the menu, again checked “save”, again it reverted to an alternative menu, which I again corrected).

And again.

This time, our “Visiting” pages have disappeared.
I attempted to revert *that* 2 times, but finally gave up.

How can I fix this? Why can I not change my menu “back” to where I want it?
