Menu Problems using 2012 theme as boilerplate

Hi,
Basically I’m trying to have two menu’s one for the footer and header.
I’ve managed to successfully create a new one for the header but can’t seem to get the footer one to work.
I’m know php guru, But i understand the basic’s
