Menu Requiring Extra Step

On mobile there is a menu title that says “About” and it has a down arrow beside it.

But when clicked, seemingly to show the sub pages below it, it just shows a tiny down arrow to the left.

That arrow is difficult to see because it’s so small and seems like an unnecessary extra step that adds an element of confusion. Is there not a way to simply make it when the down arrow is pressed the sub links are displayed?
