• The documentation on your site (see link below) suggests that there should be some “Ultimate Member Menu Settings” available along with each menu item. When we first installed Ultimate Member, this worked normally since we set up several conditional menu items:

    https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/132-conditional-menu

At some point since then, this section has completely disappeared. I have tried upgrading UM and WordPress to the latest version, disabling other plugins one-by-one, and even switching to a basic Twenty-Fifteen theme. Still, these options are entirely missing.

Is the documentation on your site just out of date? Is it still possible to set up conditional menus using Ultimate Member?

    Hi @jbalyo,

Do you see “Ultimate Member Menu Settings” under the menu items in Appearance -> Menus and your menu?
It looks like a conflict with some plugin or due to your server settings, make sure that you have at least PHP 5.6 on your server.
What version of the plugin you have instlled on your site?
Please check developers console of your browser for any errors.

    Regards.

Thank you for the response. No I cannot see “Ultimate Member Menu Settings” at all, it is just missing.

    We are using:

    • PHP 7.0.10
    • Ultimate Member 2.0.21
    • WordPress 4.9.7

I do not see any errors in the browser console when working in the Appearance > Menus page.

    Things tried:

    • Disabling all plugins except Ultimate Member
    • Disabling all customizations in the active theme’s functions.php file
    • Reverting theme to the default Twenty Seventeen

Nothing has worked. I’ll note that I installed Ultimate Member on another site and the conditional menu options show up in that instance. Is there anything else which might cause a conflict?

Hi @jbalyo have you been able to solve this issue here?

Yes, but not with native Ultimate Member. Had to install the “If Menu” plugin to add this functionality back in. https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/if-menu/

I have the same issue – @ultimatemembersupport is there a solution?
