menu shows but products dont display

    I am using Smart Manager version 3.7 with WooCommerce 2.1.3 and WordPress 3.8.1. The Smart Manager menu shows under the Products Menu. But when I click on Smart Manager, it does not show the products. It does not load the AJAX part which shows the table of products/customers/orders.

    On another site, I am using the same setup except version of Smart Manager 3.6.2. That works nicely.

    Any ideas?

    On a closer look, I found some debug info that might be helpful for you. In the broken case, I receive the following error when FireBug Console is enabled. Looks like an undeclared variable, maybe?

    Uncaught ReferenceError: updated_data is not defined smart-manager-woo.js?ver=3.7:55
    (anonymous function) smart-manager-woo.js?ver=3.7:55
    (anonymous function) ext-all.js?ver=3.3.1:7

    In the working case, no such errors are observed.

    Hi Amit,

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    As rechecked Smart Manager seems to be working fine in FireFox v29.0.

    Could you please try using Smart Manager 3.7 in Chrome Browser and let us know if you are still facing the issue. Also, could you please help us with your FireFox browser version.

    Further, could you please also have a check and let us know if the WP_DEBUG mode is set to TRUE or not.If yes, then would request you to kindly set the same to FALSE and then have a check with the Smart Manager functionality.

    If still the issue persists, then would request you to kindly create a wordpress admin account of your site and forward us the credentials at ‘[email protected]’ so that we can investigate and resolve the issue asap.

    I have been using Chrome. As I mentioned, older version of the smart manager works just fine. The latest version does not. I will enable WP DEBUG SETTING and then report back.

    Request you to kindly have a check with the same and do let us know if the issue gets resolved or not.
