• After updating to newest Zakra, my styles and templates on the site went haywire. I’ve fixed the changes in layout switching to Elementor wide (it implemented two columns everywhere while it was not the case before update), but I have no clue how to fix the menu resizing to small fonts on some of the subpages like mentioned. Ideally it should look like here: https://klubwtrakcie.pl/zajecia/

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi there,

We have checked your site resources, but the theme is not the latest version. We have tried to check the activated version, but your site has a different named style.css file. According to our understanding, the theme has not been updated on your site because the class shows an old HTML markup.

We recommend that you update your theme. If you face any issues after updating, we recommend that you go through this documentation: https://docs.zakratheme.com/en/article/troubleshooting-common-issues-after-zakra-v30-pro-v20-updates-1w10vgm.

    Regards!

    Hi

I had to rollback to 2.3.3 version cause the menu was looking awful and we have an ongoing campaign. The issue happened after updating to the newest free version of the theme. So this is the issue of different name of style.css?

From version 3.0.0, we have made major changes, including the structure of the theme. When you update the theme, you will see the site messed up in design. This issue only shows when you have the cache plugin on your site or the server caches the date. Once you update the theme, you will need to delete all the cache files from your plugin and the server to see the actual result.
