menu structure error

  • I don’t know much about wordpress, I really only know very basic stuff. I have tried to add a new menu item to my prophoto4 theme. For some reason every time I try to add it as soon as I hit save changes at the bottom it disappears. Once I did try to do it a different way and I saw an error pop up saying ‘error with structure menu’ or something to that effect. I logged into my wordpress site using my iPad and I was able to create the new menu item and rename it, but due to being an iPad I can’t pick it up and drag it. When I log back on to my wordpress on my computer I am unable to move the menu to where I want it. My website is https://www.littlecreationsphotography.com.au – the very first menu item ‘session availability’ I am trying to move to be after ‘session information’ I’m sure there is some super easy way to do this but I don’t know a lot when it comes to wordpress, so layman’s terms easy step by step instructions would be appreciated.     Please delete post – I have since done some more reading up on this and I downloaded firefox to my computer and for some strange reason doing this worked.
    If you can tell me why this made it work it would be appreciated? Is there something I can do? I deleted the caches on my safari and also on my iMac. I also deactivated all of my plugins and tried to make the change then and it still didn’t work…?
