    In the pro version of AccessPress lite theme there is different layout to use in header so that header is one of them but in the lite if you want your header to display like that we need to customize your site please contact us via this link .Premium customization will charge $25/hour.

    a simple and sweet solution AND YES THIS IS COMPLETLY FREEE use any sticky menu plugins.
    mystickymenu is working perfectly with these guys
