Hello, to get the header fixed when you scroll, it is the premium Ocean Sticky Header extension: https://oceanwp.org/extension/ocean-sticky-header/

I didn’t mean the sticky header. Now it show’s on the left side: Blog Contact and also on the right side of the menu Blog Contact.
In the left menu in the dashboard it says Home and About and in the main menu Blog Contact.
Now the buttons are double.

Oh sorry, I misunderstood ??
In Appearance > Menus, the right menu is the menu where you have checked Main Menu in Menu Settings, and the left menu is the menu you have selected in the Header > General section of the customizer.
