Menu Swapper and Polylang

It seems to mee like Menu Swapper is not capable of working with multilingual menues, which I can’t understand.
The customizer and menu admin page show all menues in each languages but swapping only works on the base language page. Although it seems all the configuration is correct.
Any hints.
You can see German here: https://staging.business-infrastructure.ch/de/ and English there: https://staging.business-infrastructure.ch/en/ but the menu on English is the one for “inner” pages instead for the Home Page
