    I have a min menu with 3 parent links, one of the links has 10-12 pages under it. No matter what I want to change in my menus, they won’t save. Cant delete anything, cant move anything, cant add anything.

    I’ve tried to troubleshoot this, but I’m not a programmer by any means. I’m about at the end of my rope of things to try.

    Here is what I’ve tried so far to no avail:

    1. Disabled all plugins
    2. Cleared browser and CDN cache
    3. Tried FF, IE, Safari, and Chrome
    4. Changed my theme to the twenty eleven theme
    5. Tried deleting the menu and starting a new one
    6. Repaired my databases
    7. Defraged my databases
    8. I read where changing memory limit and execution time may solve it, so I doubled my default numbers and came up with these changes to my php.ini

    max_execution_time = 120
    memory_limit = 256M
    post_max_size = 120M
    upload_max_filesize = 120M

    Still, no fix.

    Im running wp 3.5.1, genesis framework, copyblogger theme.

    Has anyone else had problems like mine? Any feedback would be much appreciated.

    There are some other ideas here, https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/troubleshooting-wordpress-35-master-list?replies=4 such as using your browser when you are in the back-end. You might want to totally disable the cache. And in you are using something like cloudflare don’t forget the turn that off.

    Also deleting the wp-admin and wp-includes directories and then replacing them can correct things.

    Off topic – I am an EMT also.

    BTW, you are using a commercial theme and they are not supported here. There is no way to tell what the developer did while building the theme.

    Thanks for the reply. I tried to copy up the wp-admin wp-includes like you suggested, no luck. I did get an error this time, after timing out after 5 minutes or so. I got this:

    “The given object ID is not that of a menu item.” about ten times

    Can you make heads or tails of that?

    Off topic- Thank you for your service as an EMT ??

    Can’t you contact your theme’s vendors regarding this?
