Menu tabs not registering anymore

Hello,

Is there a maximum with the free version in terms of creating menu tabs and sub-menus because I can’t insert new tabs anymore?

I explain: Until now when I added tabs I saved and everything worked, the new tabs were supported and when I saved I stayed on the back office and I could add the additional tabs but now when I add tabs and I want to save it does not save and instead a new window opens and it redirects me to my website.

Hence my question if this is a bug or if it is a limitation of the max mega menu plugin?
