Menu to change Language on Avada Theme

Hi there,
Would like to know how to fix the language chooser item on the menu, since that the flags always be on top and not aligned with the text of the menu:
2 Options:
a) 1st choice: align the flags with the text and the menu
or
b) remove the flags so they don’t showMany thanks,
