Menu to right of Blog – how do I remove that

Hi all,

be gentle, newbie here.

For some reason I can see a section to the right of my blog post that obviously comes from a template of sorts. Can anyone point me to how I can change the details or remove ? I’m a bit lost with it to be honest.

You’ll see that there’s contact details and a facebook link that are not relevant to this site. I’m guessing it came from the template.
