Menu to the Right, Slider Centered

I’d like my site to look like this one. Which is the same as the default site.

1. How do I get my menu over to the right as in the demo site?
2. How do I get rid of the drop down menu?
My slides were too big (all the same size) so I searched here and found CSS to change the size. Now it wants to live to the left. How do I center it?
