Menu Wrapper Disappeared?

When I was in the customize section of wordpress, after adding the logo to the page my #menubar-wrapper dissapeared. The buttons are still there and the menu doesn’t seem to be overlapped by anything, so I’m at a loss as to what could be making it not show up. I’m not very skilled in css or coding of any form but I’ve been messing around with the css to no avail.

UPDATE:
Even after removing the logo and removing anything that might be obstructing it, the bar is still invisible.
