Hi, I am probalby writing in the wrong place but I cannot get any help fr?n where I purchased my theme as they onlys seem to sell themes but not supporting them and I should have seen it earlier as notthing for some time is updated.

Anyway the theme is Business Click Pro from eVision Theme but I am not getting any support despite my efforts in getting in contact with them through different channels.

The menue says undefinded when viewing using a mobile or a tablet. Could anyone help me, the url to my page is https://wesenlund.se

Also in the long run perhaps also remove the themes from wordpress themes concerning eVisionThemes, https://evisionthemes.com/ as the people providing/selling the themes do not help in any way and I would like to help others from being fooled with what they think they bought.

  • Hi, @carinawj

Please try and use Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin and choose Legacy for jQuery Version. That should fix your menu.

Your theme seems to have a jQuery incompatibility issue and although there is a temporary solution, your theme developer should provide an update soon.

I am sorry your theme developer doesn’t support the theme. We feel they are best equipped to support their products. Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so we would not know why your commercial theme is not working properly. Commercial products are not supported in these forums.

    Kind regards!

Thank you so much, that helped me a lot, I do not have any js skills myself.

I am very grateful and the error is this “jQuery.fn.load() is deprecated” it is in assets/custom/main.js of the theme.

I am also sorry that I did a bad purchase. I also understand that this is forum not for commercial use.

I do feel that it is important that other WordPress users don′t do the same misstake as I did.

Happy to help! Glad it works.

Unfortunately, www.ads-software.com does not have any control on what themes are published outside w.org repository at https://www.ads-software.com/themes/

    Take care!

I understand that themes outside the repository is out of WordPress responsibility but the non-pro themes Evision Themes have are also not working and have the same .js error and they also do not reply to any questions in the themes supportforum on WordPress on the non-pro themes that are in the WordPress repository, https://www.ads-software.com/themes/author/evisiontheme/.

I checked the theme out long before the WP update that “broke” the .js.
