menus above and below header image

I need a theme that will display a menu of my main pages above the header image and a custom menu of additional pages under the header image. i do not want to move the main menu, just add a menu.these additional menu pages would not show in the main menu, but would in the custom menu below the header. i have looked at themes with widgets below the header but they all seem to want to be vertical. i want a horizontal menu.
I am sure someone has answered this somewhere, but i can’t find it with searches of the forums and a general google search.
