    Hi,

I need help with my menus disappearing in main header and in the footer (different menu, but still). I figured this happened after last update of 2.15 Sydney update. Also, menus are invisible both when they are located in theme header/footer, as well as when using Elementor to create page navigation elements.

Does anyone have an idea how can I fix this? Any advice will be much appretiated.

    Thanks!
    Kate

  • Hi @katschmidt,

I did testing with regular WordPress installation (without additional page builder plugin) running Sydney theme (older version), and I can’t reproduce the same issue when updating the theme to the latest version.

I checked your site. Looks likely it is currently running Sydney 2.14. Can you try updating it to the latest version and let me know in your comment when you are done, so I can inspect what is going wrong with the menu? Thanks!

    Hi there

I am having the same issue. Using the Sydney Theme and Elementor as my builder my navigation menu is missing. I made a page just using all other elementor navigation menus and nothing is appearing.

    Can we please fix this.

    Thank you!

Hi, I confirm, after the last update of the Sydney theme to version 2.15 the Menu disappeared. The only method is to revert to version 2.14. It happened in a few pages. The common feature on which the menu has disappeared is the Woocommerce plugin. On pages that do not have it, the update went smoothly. Best

    Hi,

@kharisblank sorry, yesterday I used my previous backup to revert theme update to version 2.14, but now I updated the theme to 2.15 again and again the issue with menu appeared, you can see it now on a website.

If you have any idea how to fix this, please let me know.

@macm2 Thanks for your comment. Actually I have a woocommerce plugin but haven’t started using it yet. Maybe for the future I will just delete it.

Just change the download link to point to 2.14 ( https://downloads.www.ads-software.com/theme/sydney.2.14.zip ) and overwrite 2.15.

Also I’m having the same issue with disappearing top menu :\

Updated to the new 2.16 version and that has fixed the menu and it appearing for me now.

Thank you getting that fixed so quickly.
