Menus not showing in the footer

I have a very odd error. Some minutes ago I wanted to put a disclaimer in my footer, so I created a menu with two menu points and put it in the footer. Everything worked. But suddenly, my menu is invisible. Even if I put the main menu in the footer (just to try it), the main menu is not seen in the footer. However, the footer itself is visible, as you can see with the Copyright disclaimer.

I have tried many things, including changing the background (just in the case the menu is in black font, but it isnt), check for CSS declarations (nothing so far in my additional CSS regarding the footer), but I can’t find anything.

Its really weird. Can anybody help?
