Menus not visible in dark theme

    When I use the dark theme the menus are only visible on hover.
    If possible I’d like them to be permanently visible. Can this be done with some CSS?

    In the end, I used this code to change the menu text to white and now I can see them.
    .navigation-top .menu
    .menu-item a {
    color: white;
    }
