I uploaded my locally hosted WordPress files to a live site. Themes and plugins are intact. But all my posts, pages & menus disappeared. How can I restore my sites content? Please help.. Thanks in advance!

Those are all stored in the MySQL database.

Did you upload the MySQL database too?

I was able to upload all my locally hosted WordPress files to the live site. But I can’t re-open my locally hosted WordPress for some reason that I edited the wp-config.php then I refreshed it back to it’s original copy. I’m trying to recover my localhost/wordpress but I’m really having trouble with it.

    I saw a solution here https://www.wpexplorer.com/wordpress-local-to-live/
Method 1: Export Content Using Built-in WordPress Tools

But I can’t really open my localhost/wordpress, localhost/wordpress/wp-login.php, localhost/wordpress/wp-install.php or localhost/wordpress/wp-admin.php normally. Is there a possible solution for this sir?
