I’m also using the latest versions of these plugins:
    Brizy

    Brizy Pro
    Version 0.0.39
I’ve configured some menu visibility opfor users logged in and logged out but the menu doesn’t change when I’m logged in I see the same menu as if ai was logged out. What should I do?

@thecouplechallenge – Does your site use caching plugins? If so please try clearing your cache on your site’s admin.

Hi @danieliser, thanks for your suggestion. I’m using W3 Total Cache and I’ve used it to clean the cache but it doesn’t seem to change anything with my menu issues.

Same issue here! I recently updated my local wordpress installation, no cache used and the options isn’t showed.

@mundo1080 – Your issue sounds closer to the one reported here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/option-is-not-showing-in-menus/

The OP in this case seems to be implying that menu items have conditions, but are still showing up on the front end.

@thecouplechallenge – Can you tell me if the issue your happens when you click the back button after logging in, and if so, does holding CTRL + F5 cause the menu to update?

If so its related to this and there is little we can do other than recommend turning off page caching at this time: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/caching-40/

Hi @danieliser the issue doesn’t really change when going back or refreshing. I actually noticed that when I make a change to the menu it takes a while to come up. I have also removed the use of Cloudflare as a CDN but I’m not seing a change so far… I will check again once the DNS changes are replicated. Any other suggestions?

@thecouplechallenge – So the changes do show up eventually? If so then I’d lean toward caching settings of some kind might be overly strict.

You could try disabling HTML / Browser cache headers. They were the only reason others have had any similar issues.

    Let me know.

@danieliser it’s weird, some changes show and then it goes back.
I’m using W3 Total Cache and I see a lot of options for cache, can you help me identify what specifically I need to disable the HTML/Browser cache headers? Should I go into the Browser Cache? Page Cache? In Browser Cache I have options for General, CSS & JS, etc… any direction you can provide to make this work would be greatly appreciated!
    Thanks

@thecouplechallenge – You should be fine to leave CSS/JS in place, we don’t use either of those currently. It should be under Browser Cache, likely a section labeled HTML & XML, there you want to either disable the expires headers, or set the time to 0.

Hi @danieliser it doesn’t seem to work. I’ve seen several similar issues using W3 Total Cache but nothing works… Any suggestions you can give me to make this work? My website is a member site website with specific links and if your plugin doesn’t work then it’s a really bad experience. I understand is caused by the cache but I’m open to suggestions or a paying option?
I appreciate your time to try to solve this.

Hi @danieliser I just purchased WP Rocket and gave that a try but doesn’t seem to make a difference either. I opened a ticket with them to see if they can help tune up the settings. I saw that you guys use WP Rocket, would you have any advice to give on the settings?

    (@danieliser)

@thecouplechallenge – You won’t be disappointed with WP Rocket even if it doesn’t resolve this. Very polished plugin with minimal setup.

That said I’m not sure what could be going on. Does your site use Redis or some type of database object caching? If so maybe it could be failing to update when the menu items are saved.

Generally if you disable caching, and don’t use a proxy cache (like CloudFlare), then you should see updates to the menu instantly.

Let me know what they said.
