Mercado Pago Module V2.2.0 Error on status of sale in woocommerce

    I updated the mercado pago modulo to V2.2.0 yesterday. Today I received my first payment, customer used his credit card. Woocommerce states that the payment was approved but looking directly in mercadopago.com the payment is in process. The information is wrong. Could it be that new version of mercado pago module is sending the wrong status? Thanks for your help. Regards, Héctor

  • I have same problem with basic checkout, and i’ve done different tests with these configurations:
    WC: 2.6.14
    Php: 5.5.38
    Woo Mercadopago Oficial: 2.1.7

    WC: 2.6.14
    Php: 5.5.38
    Woo Mercadopago Oficial: 2.1.8

    WC: 2.6.14
    Php: 5.5.38
    Woo Mercadopago Oficial: 2.2.0

    WC: 3.0.1
    Php: 5.5.38
    Woo Mercadopago Oficial: 2.2.0

    All the payments done with credit cards appear into woocommerce with cancel status.

    Just to update info. The payment was aproved by mercado pago te next day. And I was able to print DHL guides and all. Works well at the moment.

    Hi there @hconcha and @leandro58,

    The plugin had a bug regarding to payments that are entering in analysis (the platform was processing it as approved). Version 2.2.2 onwards fixes this issue.
