    I’m sorry if you had a bad experience with our Pro plugin. You can email me directly at [email protected] if you’d like to follow up. Also remember that we do have a refund policy if you’re not happy with the software.

    The Pro version does have a lot more features than the free version – that’s why it’s “Pro”! We try to keep it easy to use and we’ll documented. Again, if you have a specific problem, please email me or even just post a follow-up here.
