Merchant center feed error’s with variable products

    Hello,

    We have problems with our feed in merchant center with the variable products to be approved (simple products are working). Maybe the problem can we that we don’t use the GTN/MPN. Brand we have fill our company name. The error are:

    Value mismatch (page crawl) [price]

    Missing value for shipping [shipping weight]

    Invalid real number [shipping weight]

    How can i fix this?

    *Include product variants option already enabled

    Do you get the value mismatch for prices only for product variations? If so, than changes are big that you are running into this WooCommerce JSON/structured data bug: https://adtribes.io/woocommerce-structured-data-bug/

    With regards to the shipping weight issues. You need to add the shipping weight to your product feed.     Thanks for the reply! I go to try that with the shipping weight.

    Also we have buyed EAN numbers and make an custom atribute for this in the import (from WP All Import plugin). I have matched this with the GTIN. But it don’t work.

    Thanks for the screenshot. It is hard to tell if the mapping is correct as we don’t know what the exact attribute name is that you created and if it is the only one that has “EAN” in it. Did you do the following:

    1. Make sure to clear all caching and make sure that your feed URL’s don’t get cached?
    2. Did you try to use all attributes in your field mapping that have “EAN” in it?

    Hello,

    We have enabled option for the structured data bug from woocommerce in the elite version. We have purchased the elite version. We have send a mail also (yesterday). We think that the problem with the structured data with that is resolved. See screenshot: https://ibb.co/0scTkM2

    Other questions:

    1. I can’t find the option for the EAN mapping and fields (we have enabled that in the lite version). Is the GTIN right for that? See screenshot:

    2. Can you check the settings for the structured data en excl tax are good?
    3. We have the next error’s from the feed in merchant center:
      – Value mismatch (page crawl) [price]
      – Invalid value for category [price]

    Can you help us to move forward? We want to go forward this week, but we have already long times problems to create a good feed with variable products.
