The Merchant UPI id is a combination of upper case and lower case characters. However, in the payment checkout process, all the merchant id is converting to Upper case and hence the UPI scanning says it as an invalid scanner. Please change it, so that, the case sensitivity of UPI id is maintained. Please revert asap.

    Hi @vndmshr4

Please provide valid UPI ID. You are currently using lxhlzc58464395****** as UPI ID. But it shouble be like lxhlzc58464395******@icici like this.

There is no mention of @bank in the merchant id of paytm. I tried it doing with @paytm as it is there in my personal upi id and later tried it with @icici. It didnt work with any case.

I am also facing the same problem… and because of it, the following error is showing:

“Can’t pay with this QR code. UPI ID is invalid”

I am also using PayTM merchant ID which is 20 characters upper and lower case, but shows as all-upper case with the QR code.
