Merge Fixes for required checkboxes and conflict with the Condition Fields plugi

It seems that this plugin is broken if you have require checkboxes in your form. It seems that there is not only a fix for this issue but also for the conflict with the Condition Fields plugin as well here: https://gist.github.com/nowakpiotrek/4e9def5a68e0926cb4d6780022379425

Is there a chance for these changes to get merged upstream?
