    There isn’t currently a good way to hide the Member Groups tab, but the next version will have a filter bp_group_hierarchy_show_member_groups that will let you do this.

    David, this plugin is really fantastic. Thanks for the hard work and for putting it out there. I am using 1.3.7 on WP 3.5 and BP 1.6.3
    I am using the experimental “Hide Groups List” and It is messing up my styling. It appears to be deactivating the div that aligns my sidebar. I have “Hide groups list” off right now, but if this sounds like a known issue or if you have any ideas as to how to solve it I would be very much appreciative. I could even possibly hire you to customize it.
