Merge stats when migrating blog

Hi,
I have a self-hosted WordPress installation at https://www.jonathangazeley.com and I’ve been using Jetpack stats for a while now. I’ve moved the site to a different server by keeping the same domain name and using the WordPress export-import tool. It now shows up as a new site in my wordpress.com dashboard with a new set of stats. Can I migrate the old stats to the new site so I don’t lose them?
