Merging, Importing tables

    Hello,
    I have two questions/problems:
    1. When I import csv data into an existing table, the table gets updated even before I press ‘save changes’. I would like it to wait for me to take a look at the data and save the changes if satisfied. Can this be done somehow?
    2. What is the best way to merge two tables created with TablePress? I want to use this as a work around for the problem above. Import csv data into a temporary table, make sure that everything (like links) are fine and the merge this into the main target table.

    Hi,

    thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

    Sorry, unfortunately, this is not possible. The import with replacing a table is effective immediately.

    What do you mean with “merging”? Appending data rows to the end of the table? Then, I would recommend to import the CSV file as a new table, check the links and everything and then import the file again, but this time choosing to append to the existing table.

    Hello,
    Thanks for the quick response.
    In the second question I wanted to avoid a second import since I might have made corrections on the server after the first import. What I would like be able to do is to append the correcte data/table to my main table, if possible.
