Merging Muliple Domains?

I have several WordPress websites and I’m finding it more and more difficult to keep up with all the blogging I should do. One is my personal site (www.annekleinberg.com), one is for my B&B (www.casacaesarea.com and also in another language), one for my novel (www.menopauseinmanhattan.com) and even more! They all have different themes, and are hosted by Godaddy under one hosting site.

I think it would be wise to combine/or at least be able to control all from one place. I’m not even sure what I need to do – combine themes, maintain separate themes but combine administrative tasks from one dashboard?

I’d be grateful for any advice/suggestions.
