Merging tags sometimes deletes tags completely

    Does anyone know if Term Management can by used by latest WP v. 4.2.2?

    Looking to merge tags, and it says this one is not compatible in one place, but it says it is in another.

    I’m having the same problem: to-be-merged tags disappear completely, and don’t redirect to the merged tag at all.
