Merging WordPress with Non-WordPress

I will admit at the outset this is my first foray into using and working with WordPress so please bear with my ignorance a bit. I have a couple of pages that I hand coded a using bootstrap template and now the group wants to expand things using WordPress.

What’s the best way to merge the two without doing a lot of recoding?
