mesmerize PRO install

  • sorry..literlly just started using wordpress today. started using the theme and decided to update to PRO. Have downloaded files. i probably sound really stupid, but how do i install them ?

  • When you’re at your wordpress dashboard, hover over “appearance,” then click on themes. At the top left of that page, click “add theme”, then at the top left of the next page, click “upload theme.” Then just upload the zip file that you downloaded.

    I can’t find the “add theme” at the top left @bheff5150. Can you help?

    Also having the same issue with

    “The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.”

    I went back through and opened the zip file and recreated it and it still says the same thing.

    Am i not including the right files? there are a ton of them when i open the file up im just not sure what ones im sapposed to be recreating in zip form.

    Please help.

    First, check that you are online.
    Second, click on Appearance > Themes on the left sidebar of your WordPress admin page.
    Third, click on Add New to add the downloaded theme files.
    Fourth, click on Upload Theme > Choose File, then select the .zip file you have of the theme
    Fifth, click on Install Now
    It will take a few moments to install.
    If you see any additional notifications to install plugins or child (related) themes, go ahead and install them for a better experience.
    Sixth, Activate your theme by clicking Activate after you hover over the Mesmerize theme on the Appearance > Themes screen
    Seven, start customizing your Theme clicking Customize.
