On a single product page, when you click on the “Add to cart” button, no woocommerce-message alert like “The product has been added to your cart” and the “View cart” button, are displayed.

This is not really user-friendly as the user is not clearly aware that the product is added to the cart.

How can I fix this issue please?

My website is currently under construction.

In addition to my previous message, I have tested all the plugin and this is not a plugin problem.

It seems to come to the theme I have purchased, as this is a theme made with Divi fully customized. I will try to reach the theme support team, but in the meanwhile, if some of you have an idea where can come from this issue and how to fix it, I would really appreaciate.

    Regards.

    Hi @alexdep,

Can you tell us which “add to cart” behavior option you’ve selected in your WooCommerce > Settings > Products? For better assistance, can you provide screenshots showing this setting on your end? For screenshots, you may use https://snipboard.io

However, if it’s a custom theme, it might not have the necessary hooks to display WooCommerce messages. The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you do not see the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To determine which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

I hope that helps! Let us know once you have done a conflict test!

Hello and thank you for your message. The problem came from the customized Divi Theme I purchased. I was able to fix the issue by adding the Woo Notice module on all Product page. Thank you for your support.
