Message all vendors

    We have an option for a vendor dashboard notice with WC Vendors Pro, but not with WC Vendors Marketplace (free).
    If you mean via email, you could use one of the plugins available which will send email notices to site members, and many of them can be custom tailored to send to only certain roles (ex. vendor) on your site.
