Message appearing black

See FAQ. I get emails containing codes such as [foobar]. What’s this? I want to see the user’s input.

Please include all your input in the Form and Mail sections of the CF7 interface. If others here are able to understand your actual problem, they may be able to offer a possible solution.

Finally managed to figure it out, the two sections weren’t linking up properly.
