I am using clean talk on a website who is using a comcast email account and not a domain email. When I click on the email link a message shows: “Please wait while Anti Spam by Clean Talk is decoding the email addresses” but then a popup appears that wants to allow it to use an email program. My issue with this is that I watched as someone else tried to click the link and the popup never appeared because they had popups disabled in their chrome browser. Is there any way around this issue because they could not do anything to get beyond the message except for use the back arrow. I am concerned it is hapennning to people and they are just bailing and going to another website. Thoughts? Is this an issue for anyone else? Is it because of the non-domain email?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello.

I have the ‘Pop-ups and redirects’ disabled in my browser and the feature works for me. After decoding I see the separate pop-up window of the email program. I do not think the issue is related to the CleanTalk plugin but you can try to disable the ‘Encode contact data’ in the Anti-Spam plugin settings. Please let us know if you need any further help with this.

Thanks @katereji I did as you said and disabled the encode contact data. I will keep an eye out and see if the issue persists!
