Message body text missing from email

  • I have a required message body text field in the contact form 7 which does not show up when I use this form along with the download

    The email shows the line

    “Message Body:” but no actual text

    When using the contact form on its own, it works fine – the message shows in the email I receive as expected

    But when I use it with the email before download shortcode (ie along with the download monitor ID) then the message body text is not included in the email I receive.

    can anyone help please

    I have this same problem and have also opened a request. no answer though.
