    Hello;

I have a problem with the error message when a user incorrectly enters one of the access data, user or password. When Yoas is activated, this message disappears: ERROR: The username or password you entered is incorrect. Lost your password?

I would need to solve this problem, since I want to keep Yoas active, but I cannot stop showing that message when the user enters their data wrong.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello,

    Thanks for reaching out.

You mentioned that when a user tries to log in to their account on your website with a wrong username/password, they get this error message:

ERROR: The username or password you entered is incorrect. Lost your password?

The intention is not to sound mischievous, but isn’t this supposed to be the correct error? Could it be that I am missing something? I tested this on your website and got this:
Dirección de correo electrónico desconocida. Compruébala de nuevo o inténtalo con tu nombre de usuario.
Translation: Unknown email address. Please check again or try your username.

It will be helpful if you can send us screenshots of the issue so that we can understand it better. You can use any image-sharing service like https://pasteboard.co/, https://snag.gy/, https://imgur.com/, https://snipboard.io/, or even upload the screenshot to your own website. Once you upload it to an image sharing service, please share the link to the image here.

Sure, that’s the message that should be displayed, but if I activate Yoast that message is not displayed.

Thanks for the feedback, very helpful!

Often, we see problems occur in combination with another plugin or theme. The fastest way to rule out any conflict, is to deactivate all non-Yoast plugins and switch to a standard theme like Twenty Twenty.

Please test this on your development or staging site, if you have one. If not, we recommend using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. This plugin has a troubleshooting mode, which does not affect normal visitors to your site.

If you’re unfamiliar with checking for conflicts, we’d like to point you to a step-by-step guide that will walk you through the process: How to check for plugin conflicts

If you do not feel comfortable to do this yourself or if this does not solve your issue, our Yoast SEO Premium plugin comes with one year of (technical) support.

Hello; I have already checked the issue and it is not the problem, I am going to test which plugin causes the conflict with yoast.

    Thanks.

I have already checked the theme (I want to said).

Hi, the conflict is caused by the Page Builder by SiteOrigin + YOAST plugin.

If I disable YOAST it works, or if I disable Page Builder by SiteOrigin, but I need both.

    Any suggestion?

Thanks for your confirmation. We are afraid to say that we were unable to reproduce the issue on our end while using the Yoast SEO v16.4 and Page Builder by SiteOrigin v2.12.2. Can you please confirm whether you’re running the latest version of everything on your website?

If yes and the issue persists, can you please confirm whether the issue persists when using the default 2021 theme alongside Yoast SEO and Page Builder by SiteOrigin plugins (all the other plugins disabled)?

Yes, I have the latest versions of all plugins and have tested it with various updated themes.

To test it, I need to keep the following plugins active:

    Page Builder by SiteOrigin
    SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle
    WooCommerce
    Yoast

    But the problem persists.
