Although, the submitted form data shows up in the email section, I do not receive any email message as an admin although I have configured it to receive emails?

Since the Contact Form uses the default email sender provided by WordPress, the issue might come from your WordPress installation. Do you receive emails when somebody comments on your site, or when somebody registers?

When a visitor fills out the details, after submitting the form, she get the same page without getting a thank for contacting type of message.

That seems like a bug indeed: the contact form should reload the same page, and replace the form with the contents of the message you’ve just sent.
Could you post a link to your contact form so I can have a look at it?

How can I ask visitors to attach an image by using the contact form?

I am afraid that is currently not possible with Jetpack Contact Forms, but I like the idea! I have registered your suggestion, and we’ll consider adding this feature into one of the next Jetpack releases.

In the meantime, you could add a new URL field to the form, so your readers can send you a link to the image, hosted on another site.

Could you try to deactivate all other contact form plugins, like Contact Form 7, and see if that helps?

Could you try to test the form again on your end? You’ll want to make sure that your test messages do not end up being marked as Spam, as that may explain the issue.

You can check the status of the different Feedbacks by going to the Feedbacks menu in your dashboard.

If you did receive my message, but do not receive emails when you do your own test, could you try to submit the form from a different browser, and see if that helps?

Could you also try to use a different email address in your submission, to make sure the message is not filtered as Spam by your email client?

I am receiving all the messages. However, the real issue is that the visitor does not see a thank you message after submitting the button. This is the only issue left. I was able to resolve all the others.

Jetpack doesn’t display any Thank You message, but will display the contents of the form you just submitted.

Unfortunately, that doesn’t happen on your site.

Could you switch to a different theme, like Twenty Twelve, for a few minutes, and let me know if you still experience issues? You might also want to deactivate all other plugins, one at a time, to make sure there are no conflicts between Jetpack and one of your plugins.

Thanks for the suggestion. Changing to a different theme did not work. HOWEVER, deactivating WordPress SEO Version 1.3.4.4 | By Joost de Valk solved the problem. I understand it now.

But it is too bad I will have to say goodbye to WordPress plugin.
