Message displayed above the form

    Hello,

    I am wondering why would a message be displayed above my form, it is a recent issue.
    A p tag appears with a maintenance message, is it because of a new update or is it a misconfiguration somewhere ?

    What maintenance message do you mean? I can’t see any p tag except the success message on submitting the form. There are settings in cformsII either to show it at the top or the bottom of the form.

    It appears that it was related to an acf text field, it is solved !

    A side note: You are using a very old and insecure cformsII version. You should update.
