message displayed again when returning to previous page

scenario: I visit my shop, the age restricion pop-up appears, I click the button and enter to the shop, and click to a certain category. when I now go back to the previous page, the pop-up appears again, which is a little annoying => how can I achieve, that the pop-uo is displayed only one time?
