Message Doesn’t Show At Checkout And Cart Page

    I would like to offer free shipping to customer who hits $100. I have added $10 to the cart on my website however it doesn’t indicate that to add additional $90 to get free shipping. I have installed this plugin however the message doesn’t appear at cart nor checkout page.
