Message Fails DMARC verification
-
Has anyone had the plugin successfully send an email petition letter to the target email address? Recently, the email “rules” to verify the sent email originates from the sender’s email server (DMARC) prevents the email from being delivered.
And just to be clear, I am NOT referring to the confirmation email that is sent to the person filling out the petition. That works fine. It’s what happens after the person clicks on the confirmation link of the confirmation email. At that point, the petition is supposed to get sent to the target email address. However, it fails the DMARC verification and therefore bounces.
I’ve tried it by sending to 3 different email targets and in each case, it will fail and the petitioner will receive a Mail Delivery Failure email.
Or do people not use this feature and only collect names?
