Message for the user and support

Hello, I use the Plugin “Contact Form by Supsystic and when I create a new contact form, i can change the information under “submit options” and under message, but after I can’t change the informations in the message.
Know, when I create a new contact form, I can never change the informations for the message.

Why? What is the mistake?
