    Hi
I received the following message via email but I dont understand what it means
“`This is a courtesy message to tell you that Proxy & VPN Blocker on “https://www.primaflorafloristaccrington.co.uk” received the following status message from proxycheck.io when attempting to make a query to the API:

    Status: error
Message: No valid IP Addresses supplied.

As a result, Proxy & VPN Blocker is not currently protecting your website.

You can disable these emails by turning off “proxycheck.io ‘denied’ status emails” in your site’s Proxy & VPN Blocker Settings”

    Best regards

    John

    Hi John,

has it been working fine before this?

I think this message would be caused by the web host you have if they are using a caching system and it is possibly causing Proxy & VPN Blocker to see and then send internal IP Addresses in the request to the proxycheck.io API.

Right now, I’m not sure on what else it could be, nothing relating to IP Address handling has been changed in Proxy & VPN Blocker for a very long time.

    Rick.

    Hi Rick

Thank you very much for the information.

I use siteground hosting and it uses NGINX for static resources.

I have tried turning it off but then the images on my pages don’t load.

I guess I’m stuck with the problem.

    Best regards

    John
