    Peter I’m concerned that we are having problems sending to the email address we have for you

    We have sent out two invitations from our Jira Helpdesk system (hosted on Jira’s servers not ours), and a couple of days ago I sent you an email from my email @qudashot.com (hosted by Google) with manual instructions on how to get access, but you don’t seem to have received any of these

    Is there another email address we can try to use for you so we can send you the manual instructions you need to access the Helpdesk ?

    Hey @petervandoorn & @jvolzer,

    We released a new version today, 1.10.2. This should resolve the issue. We also added another field that you can edit, which will put a message above the order items table, instead of below the person’s address information. So now you can do a message up top and down bottom.

    It would be nice if there was setting to remove the default text so that only my text shows at the top of the email.
