    Hi there,

Sorry to hear that. The first step would be to install a plugin for debugging the emails sent by WordPress. In this case we would recommend installing WP Mail Logging (completly free) or Email Log that has some interesting additional features as paid addons.

With one of these two plugin you can see if the email is sent and which is the content of the email. If the email is sent, the problem is not related to the plugins and somewhere else. If the email is not send please report and we will have a look.

    Best regards from Spain.

Hmmm..No error makes it looks more confusing. So the plugin “does” work. But I swear this message didn’t go through to my email or my client’s. The only time we can receive message is if we don’t put [tracking-info] in mail section at all. What do you think?

    Cheers,

    Hi there,

Sometimes adding the tracking info triggers spam filters. In this case the email content is very short and the main part of the email is the information the plugin adds. This can trigger the spam filter. We would try to add more text to the email and see if it is delivered.

    Best regards from Spain.
